St. Matthew Blue King Crab

Prized for their gargantuan claws, Alaska Blue King Crab has a sweet, slightly milder flavor than red king crab.

The live weight of these crab average five to six pounds. Cooked and frozen sections weigh about one and a half pounds and greater per section.
